Privacy Policy

East & Marcks builds and operates a suite of business operating systems, Orbit OS, Grandir OS, Intel OS, and Opus OS (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. Plainly and without dark patterns.

1. Who we are

East & Marcks is the operator of the Services. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@eastandmarcks.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data. Name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you create an account.
• Connected ad platform data. If you connect an advertising account (for example Meta Ads or Google Ads) to Grandir OS, we receive the access scopes you authorize, campaign structures, performance metrics, and billing settings for that account, strictly to deliver the advertising features you request. We never act on your ad accounts outside the permissions you grant.
• Content you submit. Campaign briefs, creatives, outreach messages, documents, and other material you enter into the Services.
• Usage data. Log data, device and browser type, and product interaction events used to keep the Services running and improve them.
• Billing data. Invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

3. How we use data

We use your data to provide and operate the Services you signed up for, authenticate you, generate and manage advertising campaigns at your direction, send service and billing communications, detect abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your business data to advertise to third parties.

4. AI processing

Campaign generation, analysis, and drafting features use AI models. Where a third-party model provider processes your inputs, it does so on our instructions and may not use them to train its own models. You remain in control: nothing is published to an ad platform without your approval.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: infrastructure and database providers (hosting, authentication, and storage), advertising platforms you explicitly connect, payment processors for billing, and authorities where required by law. Each receives the minimum data necessary.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Access by our personnel is limited to what operations and support require.

7. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated business data at any time; connected advertising platforms retain their own records under their own policies.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Write to support@eastandmarcks.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Cookies

The Services use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for authentication and session integrity. No third-party advertising trackers.

10. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or through the Services before they take effect.
