Getting started

Choose a system for the work

Open the Suite and choose Grandir for advertising, Intel for source data and questions, Opus for work and agent check-ins, or Orbit for mail and outreach. The systems complement each other; connecting an account in one system does not automatically activate a workflow in another.

Keep your workspace in view

Check the selected workspace before opening or editing work. Personal and team workspaces have different access boundaries. Use Suite in the top bar to move between systems and Settings to manage your account or team. Signing out signs you out of the Suite and all four systems. Return through the Suite to sign in again.

When access is unavailable

An application may be locked while access or its provider setup is incomplete. A connection or draft alone is not a subscription or proof of payment. Ask the AI guide about the system and action, then ask your workspace owner to review any account-level setup. The guide cannot unlock an account.

Teams and permissions

Invite the people who need access

Open Settings, then Team. Select your workspace, invite members and grant access to the OSes they need. Invitations must be accepted; an assignment label on a task does not invite someone or grant permission.

Protect account-level access

Billing, integration credentials and personal mail stay owner-only. Team permissions govern access to shared work. If a member cannot see a system, ask the owner to check the selected workspace, accepted membership and that system’s permission.

Return to your work

Close Settings to return to the OS you opened it from. Use Suite deliberately when you want to switch systems. If navigation returns to the wrong place, include the original page address in your support report.

Connected accounts

Authorize in your own account

Open Connections in Grandir, Opus or Orbit, or Integrations in Intel. Search for the provider and check its status. Ready connections offer Continue to the provider’s authorization screen. Setup required means authorization is not available yet. Review the requested permissions before approving. Only the workspace owner can authorize credentials.

A connection is the first step

Authorization and a running workflow are different. Intel supports record sync for its supported source plans. Orbit’s mailbox reader shows recent inbox conversations after read permission is granted. Slack authorization does not start notifications; Grandir Drive authorization does not import assets automatically.

If the provider window does not open

Use the Continue button directly and allow the authorization window in your browser. If the connection needs attention, reconnect using the same account. Google access blocked, an unknown client, or a missing provider page can indicate incomplete OAuth app setup. Repeatedly retrying cannot complete verification. Ask your workspace owner to review provider setup. Never include an API key, password or access token in chat.

Working with AI agents

Grandir: prepare and review

Use your business brief to guide campaign copy and imagery. Review the campaign before any live ad action. Drafts and illustrative showcase images do not prove that an ad has run. Use the actual platform results to assess delivery.

Intel: keep the evidence close

Connect and sync a supported source, inspect its records, then ask the assistant a question. Review cited records and source timestamps. Missing data is a reason to connect or sync a source, not a number the assistant should guess.

Opus: move work forward

Use Work for the board, assign work to real members and review Agent activity for recorded check-ins. Verify the latest recorded activity before assuming a scheduled agent ran. Assigning a label does not grant team access.

Orbit: prepare without accidental sends

Choose Outreach, Internal Mail or Email Marketing from the Orbit mode selector. Each has its own tools and Connections view. Build a lead list and draft sequence steps before activating outreach. Email Marketing includes campaign drafts, saved emails and draft flows; saving a draft does not start an automation. Reading a mailbox does not enable sending, reply detection or automatic synchronization. Connect your business mailbox and review your recipients and messages before starting outreach. You can pause a sequence at any time.

Billing and orders

One place for account billing

Open Settings in the top bar, then Billing. The workspace owner can review plans and recorded orders. “Your orders” shows stored order status; a draft order is not a payment or an active subscription.

Questions about a charge

Use the AI guide for explanations of billing and refund policies. It cannot inspect charges, cancel subscriptions or issue refunds. Review stored orders with your workspace owner and read the refund policy for the applicable terms.

Troubleshooting

No data or no campaigns yet

A connected account can still have no imported records or delivery. In Intel, check the source and its latest sync; in Grandir, check campaign and platform status. An empty state is different from an error. Avoid repeatedly creating the same campaign to troubleshoot.

Assistant request failed

Keep the question and retry after checking your session and source access. If the error persists, ask the AI guide using the system name and exact error message. The guide cannot inspect your account or source records. Do not include private source content.

Mailbox permission or refresh failed

Confirm you selected the intended connected mailbox and approved read access. Reconnect if permission was revoked. The current reader is a recent-inbox view, not a complete archive; older messages may not appear. It displays message text without loading remote tracking images.

Get help with the exact next step

Ask the AI guide above what you expected, what happened and which system you are using. Keep credentials, card information and unrelated customer data out of chat. The guide provides instructions, not account changes or a support ticket. For account or billing help, email support@eastandmarcks.com with the system name, account email and any order reference. Never send passwords, API keys or card details. You can read this guide without signing in.
